About the work
a visual meditation on movement and silence
"In this work, I wanted to collide the strict, rational world of geometry with the playful, quirky energy of cats. The black lines and primary colors are a nod to Mondrian, but where he aimed for pure abstraction, I bring life back into the grid — with eyes that watch, noses that sniff, and shapes that meow.
The central cat, with its asymmetric eyes and sharp angles, is a symbol of duality: calm and chaos, order and instinct. The black cat on the right is a shadow figure — mysterious, elegant, perhaps even a bit naughty.
Art doesn’t always have to whisper. Sometimes it can meow.”
with pastel-colored print.
